Sylvia founded Exquisite Mountain Home Management in 2003. Her experience growing up in a ski town bed and breakfast in Kitzbühel Austria 🇦🇹 and 15 years at Deer Valley Resort built her foundation.

Mike Turner

Mike was VP and CFO for Turner Gas until the family business sold, he joined Exquisite Mountain in 2017.

MJ Turner

MJ founded and ran a non-profit organization for eight years, gaining experience and utilizing his BBA. He is now focused on developing the family business.

Charlotte is a cycling coach from Colorado married to Matthew Turner now and resides with him in their condo in Park City. She has many strengths around nutrition, psychology, coaching, and her expert eye for dust!
