Additional Services
Daily Cleaning Services – Ability to clean during your stay or daily.
We can send an individual or a team of five or more cleaners.

Trash & Recycle -- Take cans to the road for pickups. We also bring recycling items that don't fit in cans or other large items to the recycling center.

Hot Tubs – Check and add chemicals during regular house walks.

Landscaping – Keeping yards maintained and driveways cleared.

Snow – Snow blowing and/or shoveling.
​
Powerwashing – Deep cleaning your decks, driveways, or anything else.

Organizing – Packing, unpacking, and seasonal organizing.

Mail Receiving – Provide a safe location to send packages.

Decorating – Seasonal decorating, hanging art, and furniture setup.

Grocery/Errands– Stock up on grocery items before and during your stay. We can also help run errands if needed.
Technology
We build customized checklists for our Estate Management Clients for pre-arrivals, post departures, and weekly checks. These are built into our management system with digital records through our management app.
